MIM is marketing information management. We participated in a focus group and we learned that when you do research behind your product, you fully understand what is worth sellind and what is not selling. Our focus group was about "lysol, the new clean".
by getting this information, companies can help use this information to have a better understanding of their product. This key function is important because it helps you make more money by comsumer wants.
